I just released a new project called Lentando. It’s an app designed to help people change addictive habits by tracking progress, understanding patterns, and gently shifting toward healthier routines.
Lentando is privacy-first, free, runs in any web browser, works offline, and has an optional account for cloud sync.

Why I Made Lentando
This is a real problem in the world, and it has affected many people in my life. There are already plenty of tools in this space but they tend to focus on total abstinence. That approach can be right for some, but it’s not the only way. I developed this app to provide an alternative option.
The philosophy is simple: help people notice patterns, create space between impulses and actions, and make it easier to taper over time. Lentando encourages replacement with safer choices and healthy activities. There is also a badge system that contains over 50 awards to recognize various forms of progress.
Key features
- One-tap logging for use, urges resisted, and healthy actions
- Visual analytics for timing, amounts, and day-by-day patterns
- 50+ badges for milestones, streaks, gaps, and mindful choices
- Local-first privacy with full offline support and optional cloud sync
- Installable PWA on phone, tablet, and desktop
Availability
Lentando is available for free and can be installed directly to your home screen via PWA support. You can create an account anytime to sync data between devices. This project is also released under GPLv3, so anyone can use, study, modify, and share the software under the same license terms.
